What is ChargeHub's return policy?

Mogile is committed to your full customer satisfaction. If your Product(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt or if you have received the wrong Product(s), we will refund your payment or exchange the Product(s) at no extra cost to you. If your purchase of a Product or Products does not meet your expectations in any way, we will be pleased to discuss the situation with you and potentially exchange it for another Product or for Store credit. Exchange terms and store credit amounts will be determined at our discretion based on the condition of your Product (unopened box, open box, used, etc.). The only condition is that the request must be made within 30 days of your purchase. 

To begin the return or exchange process, please email support@chargehub.com, and we will provide instructions. Please note that we may ask you for pictures of the Product(s) you wish to return, and other additional information.

Mogile reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange which does not conform to this section of the TOU.
