How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us by phone, email, or through the ChargeHub app and provide the following information:

Please include:

• The email address associated with your ChargeHub account
• The amount you would like refunded
• The currency of the funds (CAD or USD)
• The reason for the refund

Refund processing

Once we receive the required information, we’ll process your refund. The refunded amount should appear on your bank statement within 48 hours.
