What is ChargeHub's refund policy?
All refunds will be issued within 7 working days following our receipt of the returned Product. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card or other payment method used to make the purchase and will include the shipping/delivery fees you paid to receive the Product(s), if applicable. If the Product(s) is(are) being returned for a reason other than being damaged or incorrect, you will be responsible for shipping the Product(s) back to Mogile at your expense.
You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.
