Hello, This is my 3rd or 4th report regarding charging station CEC-00079 (BRCC - Maison du citoyen), which regularly shows an "Unknown" status and becomes unusable through the app. Each time, I'm told it's been fixed, but the issue keeps coming back after a while. Could you please investigate the root cause instead of applying a temporary fix, and confirm once the station is actually stable? Thanks,
