Fonctionne très bien. Je l'ai activé avec ma carte "circuit électrique " du Québec. De niveau 2 donc pas très rapide pour un voyageur de passage mais ça dépanne lorsque nécessaire ! En plus c'est gratuit pour les 8 premières heures. Alors on ne se plaint pas. Merci

It was not free. It said I needed a card, did not say what kind of card.

I had a negative experience. These are flo chargers and you have to have a flo app to pay. Not free as far as we could tell.
