Located under covered area of mall parking, which was very welcome during rain. Had initiation issues with Eduardo, but Elon worked great.

Charged successfully on Eduardo, but had to angle across two spaces to get charger to reach my car (it looks like it is meant to stretch more, but mechanism is frozen). Elon is dead&lit up, but cannot access charging on screen or via app. Parking area is dreary and filthy.

Not very happy with nrg EVgo. Using bait-and-switch, their pricing is kind of absurd, and it's a twenty minute hassle to get a 30 minute charge started because they fumbled on sending my access card not once but twice.
