Tried contacting the Okanagan College about the signage and the continuous blocking of the charger at this site. Doesn't sounds like they are going to do anything, since no one else is identifying there is an issue.

Visited on Oct 22, 2018. ICED again, all gas cars parked infront of charger. There is no indication that those spots are meant for EVs, so people don't care and just park there.

ICED, the 3 spots in front of the charger all had Gas cars parked in front, the signage needs to be changed to inform drivers those spots are meant for EVs. Or atleast 2 spots since there are 2 charging cables.
