Pohénégamook has a really well equipped charging station at the tourist information booth: 24 hour/lake-view lunch room with indoor and outdoor seating and tables/sparkling clean toilets and showers/pleasant helpful tourist info staff during office hours & 2x50KWH chargers. One buys one's food at a nearby supermarket or takeout and one is all set for a leisurely charging lunch! The actual charging worked fine, just flashed my Circuit Électrique card at the charger and off it went. Charged here a couple of times Aug 19-20, 2024 while touring the region.

Wow !!! We need more like these !! 24/7 , 1 shower,2 toilets (all 3 are wheelchair accessible and gender neutral), upstairs kitchenette. Potable water. Wifi. The Tourist info. All free ! Oh and 2 EV charging stations ($) :D Table and chairs outside, flower pots, beautiful spot.
