This is a great service from Metro. It needs protection from rain/snow so the connector does not get damaged. I bought for my own EV at $20 an attachable EV Charger Plug Port Cover on Amazon.

It's free and works fine. There are two parking lots for Metro, one on each side of the building, the charger is located on the side with no entrance to the store .
