On top floor (3rd) of parking garage. Near upper entrance to Santa Rosa Plaza. Food options in the mall and clean restrooms in Macy’s.

Very hard to find as there are zero signs at entrance to parkade telling you there is an EV charging station or that it is on to top floor of parkade. A rather desolate location if you want to leave your car for a meal or something.
