Started charging 2023 Bolt EUV successfully, went inside to begin shopping, the station cancelled my connection while I was in the middle of shopping. When I was done shopping and went back to my car, Electrify America charged me $10 for idle fees. I called them to get a refund, tried twice calling in order to get idle fees refunded since it's unfair. They told me according to their system error report it tells them that my car is the one at fault for the disconnection, so no refund. So I cancelled my account with them for unfair practices.

All of the ports are malfunctioning and unavailable. Avoid this station.

App says 3 of the 4 spots were open but only 1 was working. The others either didn’t recognize being plugged in, kept disconnecting, or giving an error. For no other charging stations for a while, this is extremely poor.
