Inside a paid parking garage, albeit inexpensive. (Free first 3hrs, and only costs between hrs of 6am-6pm Mon-Fri.) The sign says the charging space has a 3hr limit. Charges just fine. Has a long charger cable.

A little difficult to find, but hopefully the photo helps. Enter the garage from the Pine Street entrance and take an immediate right. You will go down a little ramp, and at the bottom of the ramp, you'll be forced to turn left. Then you'll see it immediately in your right- the first parking spot to your right as you start back up the ramp on the other side.
