It's working fine today! We're from out of town, so we can't speak to how dependable it is overall.

Station is almost always inoperative.

Neither charger worked today. I have successfully charged here in the past. There’s no one to report problems to.

Both chargers were offline

The station is defective. There are no instructions other than to tap a card. No indication of network. Greenlots does not recognize this unit on their app. Tapped card and charging did not begin. Need

Could not get charging session to start regardless of the fact that the card reader read the credit card.associated with my Apple Pay. The chime rang and check mark appeared. But the session did not start
