Yesterday I had to call tech support to get it working. Today it connected without a problem. Note that parking is free weekends and Holidays, so it is very popular then. Limit of 4 hours/car but some people go well over that.

Charged there at the end of September. There were issues for us and another user. Both of us called support and they remote started it for us. The chargers are very popular and only level 2, so come prepared.
