The car started to charge, then after about 30 seconds it shut off So, I then had to call customer service, stay on hold forever waiting for them to answer the phone. Finally, they answered and said they had been having problems and they were working on getting it fixed that the only way to start the charger is to use a card at the charger. Eventually, got my car charged".
