Great charging location in the parking deck of Uptown Normal. Was able to eat dinner with my kids at Hacienda Leon while I waited.

Charged successfully. It's on the 3rd floor of a parking ramp. You get a parking ticket to get in. As long as you don't exceed 1hr of parking. The parking is free. I wouldn't want to be here after dark.
