You need their app, but I was unable to download it since I'm not from Canada, despite changing my phone/Google data and buying a VPN. I called the company phone number- they did not care, and they are aware it's broken.

You need the Irving app to charge here. Does not allow you to pay credit card despite the credit card reader.

CCS charger maxed out at a speed of 34 kw and has been like this for months.

I love the EV Car Care station between the chargers. nice to have not just the trash bin and squeegee, which itself is rare at a charging station, but also the pay per L windshield washer fluid top up. Way to go Irving.
