Took a long time to realize that whether you try to use the app or a physical method, a $50 authorization in required, so it will continually decline any method of payment that has less than $50 available. It was really frustrating. Also, I'm unsure how you can actually get the more rapid ultra rapid charging at 180kw. I charged in off peak hours with no one at any of the other chargers and charging still only maxed out at 66kw.
