A hidden lower voltage Level 3 charger. Gravel lot behind what used to be the Port Townsend visitor’s information center. Managed 86kW. Better than the level 2 elsewhere in town.

Used charger successfully during visit to Port Townsend in mid July. Tried again this morning and was unable to charge. Customer service could not determine the cause of the problem.
