St Albans City has announced as of November 1st, 2024 ParkMobile app will be used for paying for parking at the City Parking Garage. Two hour free parking probably gone and rates adjusted.

The current chargers, two Clipper Creek chargers with two cables/ports each are still free and working. There are parking fees, 50¢ per 1/2 hr max $6/day, after the first free two hours. Total four charging spots. Charged while shopping downtown.

Have to pay $0.50/hr (or $5/day) for the parking garage, but the charging stations are free to use. Had trouble establishing connection to 2 of 4 plugs, and there is no attendant to talk to.

Not accepting either of my cards and they charge you 2x.
