I try to charge in the port close to home goods. I try using the Blink the blink app but the charge station didn't show in the app. I try to find other chargers but couldn't find them. nobody knows about it. very frustrating experience

I am standing at it, no one is here. Won’t accept my cards or the app. App says it is available but then it says it is being used. I’m looking at it, it is not I’m in use.
