it's not broken, you have to go inside and purchase something and they said they will flip it on the inside the restaurant. so it's not hey kilowatt or anything but it is purchase a cookie or something first and ask

currently still non-functional, tried with my Chevrolet bolt EUV 2022. "Unable to charge" Error given for both charger tips. nothing more specific than that.
