Be aware of the Ultra Fast (charger 01). It is NOT fast at all. We were the only users at the time and thought 150kW would be sufficient. Got around 20kW. Use the Hyper Fast (chargers 02-03) to get any reasonable charging speed.

This place is definitely not for people in a hurry. Not even close to ultra or hyper speed. Okay if you are going to take an hour shopping in Walmart

One of the chargers is broken and all the others are charging but at a lower rate than they are supposed to. I called customer service and she couldn't give me a reason why.
