Have to pay for city parking but otherwise free to charge. About 5 to 6 kW when shared with the other vehicle.

Supposed to pay for parking & get free charging. At the moment the parking meters are out of service as the lot is closed for public parking (only open for hotel guests) due to construction. We ignored the signs & charged successfully in an empty lot with no construction.
