one of the charges is not currently working. The other seems to be working fine, was in use by another vehicle while I was there.

Charger works, It was pulling 30A.

Nice, safe place to leave your car while charging. Best availability is evenings and weekends. We used it several times.

I had a positive experience. One of the charge handle storage connectors on the rack itself has a broken plastic hook lock. The unit still works correctly. Please manually store the charge cable on the hook provided. Thank you for your help.
