There’s two ports, only 1 is working. There are very limited charging stations upcountry. Can this please get fixed??

Formally “Shell Recharge”, now OpConnect. Needed the app to initiate charge, and it worked after a little screwing around (plug & unplug, etc). A 50kW charger, only got 20-25 kW. Lame, but it worked.
