clips are broken, so you have to improvise. If you reserve, please don't leave. charger gets put on hold for you.

All connector lock clips are broken but you just need to: 1- Activate it with ChargeHub app. 2- Put J1772 outlet in vehicle inlet. 3- manually lift the rear portion of the connector clip
