I needed to keep trying and seemed like it worked once we got our CCS connection more secured. Don’t give up on first try. It’s finicky, and it eventually worked for myself, and another person right before me.

We plugged the charger into our vehicle first before starting the charging on the app and it started working almost immediately as you could hear the HELCO charger warming up with some noticeable clicking and then the beautiful sound of “Charging Started” occurred within 20-30 seconds !
