Station always has a message that maximum rate capped due to some technical issue going on

FYI, called in customer service for support and we’re NOT able to help. Station was reported as defective.

Charger 3 was charging at 16 kW so I had to switch to charger 2 and got 78 kW

Charge speed is choked to about 60 kWh after a few minutes at a 350 kWh machine (02). I plugged into a 150 kWh machine (01) and achieved 142 kWh for 10-12 minutes before it too fell below 80 kWh. Rivian R1T. I would consider this location safe during the day only.
