Vons 2598 (La Crescenta, CA) EV Charging Stations

busy station, several cars all waiting and TRYING to take turns. no method to this yet. once again electrify America won't work no matter what I do. there is money on the account on the app but wouldn't start with tapping or starting charge with app. also would not start by tapping Google walle, even though it gets to the "initiating charging" screen. I unplug and try again. people come over to "help" as if I've never charged my car before like I do know what to do and they soon realize it's EA not me. authorization charges of $50 over and over, yet it will not charge. I avoid EA like the plague, and this is one more reminder why.
