Was stock at the charging station and poor service from ChargePoint. I was in a emergency to leave: « what is your last name, spell it for me, spell your first name, I am confirming Sierre-Tango-Hotel-india-lima etc. Like taking 30 min when I am about to miss my hospital appt appointment
