Not reserved for electric vehicles and used as a (regular) guest parking spot more often. Long wait. Not bad if you get there early in the morning or need it after typical work hours. 1/2 seems to not work.

This is a great spot when available. I overreacted with my previous thumbsdown, the space is for visitors first and EVs when available.
