it's a bad location wedged between soany businesses and a rather small spot. 16 stations and at any given time 10 of them are occupied by people not using the charger but just parking to shop.

It worked well. I visited Friday morning and only one parking spot was ICEd.

Horrible location for a Supercharger. Way off the highway. Parking lot is always busy due to LA Fitness gym, Sephora and a bunch of stores and restaurants. Very certain it will be overrun by non-charging vehicles, especially at peak gym times.
