One is supposed to pay for parking in addition to charging. This business model sucks. The maximum time allowed to park is 2 hours. It took 6 hours of charging to get our car to 80%. Were we supposed to move our car to a different charging spot and buy a new ticket every 2 hrs?

I had a positive experience. Charged easily while we had dinner in downtown Kingston. Took the ChargePoint card no problem.
