Charger 0620 Left - Only getting 78kw…wasting time and money

Getting 175kW at -17C. Kia ev9 preconditioned batt

It's very expensive, basically 7 cents per kilowatt-hour. Its price exceeds that of Tesla, and the charging speed isn't fast either. My BMW ix M60's top speed is only 110 kilowatts. I had no choice but to charge here.

I had a negative experience.
