at 0 degre Celsius max output its 30kw. not very fast charger.

I would just mention that having only one charger is not enough, in 25 min there has been 5 drivers wanting to charge. They left because the wait was too long. You need at least 6 charges here for it to be convienient .

Could not connect despite calling the help number. Chademo seems broken. Combo seems to work for other cars.

The charger was great! There was many waiting for me to finish, I would suggest you add more stations at this location.. at least 10 units” Casselman is an important stop area between Montreal and Ottawa and I think you should consider this village the main charging centre.

Fonctionne bien mais en ce dimanche midi en janvier nous étions 3 voitures à attendre!!! Il y a définitivement un grand besoin de plus de bornes de charge dans cette région.
