One of the chargers is out of order, the working charger has a broken screen so you are forced to the app rather than the tap to pay

I had a positive experience.

Charged successfully.

one CCS charger plug is still down, it's been 2 weeks now

1st chargers CCS plug not working

One charger out of service, the other one’s screen wasn’t working but was able to activate thru ChargeHub

#1 ccs combo out of order. #2 Charger TV/interface is dead, but ok to start it with the chargehub app.

only one of the two CCS chargers is operational...this app needs to reflect that somehow. if you are chademo, or whatever the othet plug is, you're fine.
