I called the Customer Service and station reported as Out of Service! They wasn’t able to start the charging remotely.

This charger is limited to 24kw. Display indicated that the car request was 24kw but 5min later on a similar Flo at Canadian Tire I was charging at 49kw… for the same rate per minute
