Petro-Canada EV Charging Stations

195 KW, nfs. I didn’t even think the Buzz was rated to take that much power.

Started charging at 175 kwph however drops to 65-70 kwph after 5-7mins and stopped charging after 20% charge. Had to unplug and start charging again and after few minutes did the same thing again but this time it showed charging station fault.

First time trying this station to charge my Rivian, decent price. Only one here at 0630, all have units operating, charging at 412 kmh.

2nd time charging here. 20-80% in 34 minutes average charge rate 127 kw 3 of 4 units available. Convenience store, Pita Pit and 2nd Cop in parking lot so it’s a nice clean place to wait. I’ll charge here in Sherwood Park.

None are working. One shows out of service. Tried the other theee at least 3x each with app and cc. Would not deliver any power.

When Petro Canada is on the ball, they’re on the ball. 20 to 80% in under 30 minutes, sustaining 160-175kW once the battery was fully preconditioned at -15°C

speed was below 100kw
