bp pulse Is Now Available in the ChargeHub App

bp pulse is the charging network run by bp, the global energy company that has become a major player in North American e-mobility. Its chargers show up in strategic spots — think rest stops, shopping complexes, airport areas — all built around one goal: fast, reliable charging, whether you're running errands or deep into a road trip.

The network currently has 840 L3 DC fast chargers in 22 U.S. states, roughly a third of which are equipped with an NACS connector. California, Illinois, Texas, and Florida rank among the most densely covered markets, with a growing footprint in states like Georgia, Washington, and Utah.

Fast Charging You Can Count On

Every bp pulse charger on ChargeHub can deliver over 100 kW, giving you a solid boost of range in about the time it takes to grab a coffee and stretch your legs. It's the fast-charging option for longer trips or whenever you need to get back on the road quickly.

Most bp pulse chargers use the CCS connector, with a growing share now offering NACS as well — and the ChargeHub app lets you filter by connector type, so you can find a compatible charger without the guesswork.

Activating bp pulse chargers only takes a few clicks, whether you're planning your route ahead of time or already parked at a charger.

From there, in either case:

1. Open the ChargeHub app and find bp pulse in the list of available networks.
2. Open the charger's info card (the banner that appears on the map once you click on the pin).
3. Confirm it's the right location and tap Start Charging.
4. Choose your charging port; your balance and the cost display automatically.
5. Start the session, and you're charging.

To activate a network, you'll need to be signed in to your ChargeHub account with available funds in your wallet.
