The menu offers you a variety of different functions, which are explained in detail on the following pages. If you'd like to know how a particular function works, please click on the corresponding link to access it directly:

1) Search Bar

You can search for a charging station by name, address or town directly in the search bar. You can select any of the autocomplete suggestions and access the results without having to manually enter each character. All you have to do is select the option that suits you best, or if needed, type in the complete address.

The following table explains in detail the meaning of each symbol and their colors:

Charging station markers with this symbol are compatible and can be activated and paid for via the ChargeHub application.

Charging station markers with this symbol are not compatible with the Chargehub app and cannot be activated and paid for via the app.

Level 1

Blue-gray charging stations are the slowest of the three to charge an electric vehicle. EV owners generally receive one when they purchase an electric vehicle. These chargers are connected from the vehicle to a 120 V socket.

Level 2

Charging stations marked in blue are the most common type of charging station, found in public places and private homes alike. They are connected to 240 V sockets.

Level 3

Charging stations marked with the color yellow are also known as fast chargers. They are only available in commercial spaces and provide the fastest charge. They are used to get the fastest possible charge on long journeys, so you can get back on the road as quickly as possible.

Available

Located in the inner ring of a charging station's locator pin, the green color indicates that at least one charger at the station is available.

Busy

Located in the inner ring of a charging station's locator pin, red indicates that the station is in use and therefore not available.

Off-line

Located in the inner ring of a charging station's locator pin, black indicates that the station is offline.

Tesla

The Tesla logo in the middle of the charging station locator pin indicates that this is a Tesla charging station.

Under Construction

The traffic cone icon in the middle of the charging station location pin indicates that the charging station is under construction and will soon be available.
