About QuickCharge

QuickCharge is the charging network operated by Integra Energy, a company founded in 2014 in Albany, New York. QuickCharge goes where drivers already spend their time. That means hotels, apartment buildings and shopping destinations. It's a network built around everyday life.

"We've built QuickCharge from the ground up to serve the properties that drivers actually use every day — hotels, apartments, retail. What we hear from property owners and drivers alike is that they just want charging that works — no complicated apps, no surprises."
— Max Schynoll, Product Development Manager, Integra Energy

Over 1,000 charging ports join the roaming network

The integration adds more than 1,000 QuickCharge ports to ChargeHub, and that number keeps climbing. Most of these chargers are located in New York State, with additional sites across the broader Northeast. Three types of locations stand out.

Hotels: wake up to a full battery

For road trippers, hotel EV charging is hard to beat. You plug in when you check in, and the car charges while you sleep. No detour to a fast charger the next morning before you hit the road. Driving down from Quebec or Ontario? Look for QuickCharge hotels along your route through Vermont and New York.

💡 Tip: Use the filters on the ChargeHub map to spot hotels with chargers along your route.

Apartment communities: charging without a private garage

Plenty of city dwellers can't install a charger at home. QuickCharge stations in multifamily residential communities give residents a dependable place to charge, right where they live.

Errands turn into charging opportunities. A grocery run or an afternoon at the mall can add useful range without an extra stop on your schedule.

One app, one wallet for every network

Juggling a separate app and account for each charging network gets old fast. ChargeHub works a lot like your phone plan, which keeps working when you travel outside your carrier's coverage area. Thanks to roaming, a single account lets you find stations, start your sessions and pay on multiple networks, all from one wallet.

With QuickCharge now on ChargeHub's list of activatable networks, you can charge at more than 165,000 compatible ports across North America. More than 1 million drivers turn to ChargeHub each year, and getting started takes only a few steps.

  1. Download the ChargeHub app on iOS or Android.
  2. Set up your wallet once with your preferred payment method.
  3. Filter the map by network to find QuickCharge stations near your hotel, home or favourite store.

What to expect at a QuickCharge station

Plugging into a new network for the first time always raises a few questions. Here's what you should know before you pull in.

How long does it take to charge at a QuickCharge station?

It depends on the charger and your vehicle. Level 2 chargers are designed for longer stops, so an overnight hotel stay is a great time to charge. As a rule of thumb, a Level 2 charger adds about 20 to 30 miles (30 to 50 km) of range per hour, depending on your vehicle.

Stations monitored around the clock

Integra Energy monitors its network 24/7. They spot issues quickly, so you're less likely to arrive at an out-of-service charger. And if you ever do, a quick comment on the station page in the ChargeHub app lets the ChargeHub community know before they head there.

Check access, connector and price before you go

Some chargers at hotels and apartment buildings may be reserved for guests or residents. Each station page in the ChargeHub app shows the essentials, including whether the station is public, its hours, its connector type and its price. You can also read comments and see photos shared by other drivers. A quick look before you leave can save you a surprise when you arrive.

Help other drivers charge with confidence

ChargeHub is built by its community. Tried a QuickCharge station for the first time? Leave a comment on the station page in the app to let other drivers know how it went. A few words about access, parking or charging speed can make a big difference for the next person who pulls in. You can also share your best charging shots through our Photo Campaign.
