Had a hard time getting it started we I call the phone number on the singe the service agent so it took one hour to get working so u better get a pass card before you get there because if you get service agent you be there along time

Works great! Warning, though, the J1772 Combo is limited: There is one plug at 150kW, one at 50kW, and one is a regular J1772, I think. Kind of misleading to assume there are 3 equal plugs.
