So the end of my horrible experience with EVGo:it took them 8 hours to get someone with keys to open the charge station, shut it down so I could pull off the Chadmo… three minute fix - moral of the story: if you use chadmo, use ones with an emergency kill switch. Never had such poor customer service. Eighour

5 hours later a tech arrives… 40 minutes after that, no progress unhooking their broken plug… Seems like if something goes wrong with EVGo, you need divine intervention

Broken plug stuck in my car, won’t unlock. Told technician in 1-2 hours…. 3+ hours later still here
