  1. On The Run Website: Access their interactive map for the most accurate station information. 

  2. Journie Rewards App: Find stations and manage payments seamlessly. 

  3. ChargeHub App: Locate stations and explore detailed information about connectors, costs, and availability.

Note: Station availability varies as the network grows, so check for updates frequently.


How to Use On The Run Charging Stations

Using an On The Run EV charging station is simple:
  1. Locate a station through the Journie Rewards App or the ChargeHub app.
  2. Park your vehicle and ensure the charging cable reaches your car.
  3. Open your EV’s charging port.
  4. Select the correct connector: CCS or CHAdeMO.
  5. Plug in the connector and follow the station’s instructions or the app’s prompts.
  6. Charging will begin automatically or after completing steps in the app.
  7. Monitor charging progress on your vehicle’s display or the station screen.
  8. When done, unplug the connector and securely store the cable.

Cost to Charge at On The Run EV Charging Stations

The cost per kWh is displayed on the Journie Rewards App and station screens.

Payment methods include:

  • Credit Card
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Rewards: Earn $5 in-store credits for your first pay-as-you-go charge and additional rewards for every 100 kWh charged via the Journie Rewards App.
