How to Use a ChargeLab Charging Station

To charge at a ChargeLab EV charging network Level 3 station with your preferred app:

  1. Open your preferred app and locate the ChargeLab station where you want to charge. 
  2. Select the station ID that matches the one on the physical station and follow the app’s instructions to activate the charger. 
  3. You’ll see visual feedback on the station confirming it has received your charging request.
  4. Plug the correct connector (either CCS or CHAdeMO) into your vehicle. It may take a few seconds for the charging process to begin, and session updates might be slightly delayed on your app. 
  5. To stop charging, press the Stop button on the charging station. The station will provide feedback that the session has ended. 
  6. Unplug the connector from your vehicle.

ChargeLab EV Charging Station Cost

ChargeLab EV charging network offers four pricing models for its chargers. Costs can be calculated based on:

  • Actual time spent charging
  • Duration the vehicle is connected
  • Energy consumed (kWh)
  • Free of charge at select stations
