Not able to find the port

Looks like they are replacing the Level 3 charger that never works. Looks like also the are putting in two Level 3 chargers.

the charger is literally not being used at all, but there are two cars that are non plugged in that are not charging a taking the Stalls. What's worse is that there's really no it sort of security enforcement to make people move their cars. Bad driver etiquette
