Station not accessible

The Tesla chargers have short cables. It worked fine with my Volvo and J1772 AC adapter. I entered at the entrance close to Roy Thompson Hall which is the side of the MetroCentre parking lot where the chargers are located. 1st level of parking. After taking ticket, immediately turn right. I'll upload pictures with arrows. Don't go into the Roy Thompson Hall lot.

One charger has been out of order for months while the other has stopped clicking in a few weeks ago

The station is defective. Will not allow anyone to pay at the level 3 xhargers

Charged successfully. Still don't need the app, just plug into the level 2 and you're done. Three hour maximum posted on the sign.

Initial problems with trying to access the charging app, but a fellow traveller explained that the app was not required. It was a simple matter of plugging in and charging while we saw a show at the Royal Alex. Very convenient!
