Download the app, paid, did everything but couldn’t charge due to charger malfunction.

Update to my last entry. The chargers do work. It just takes 15 minutes from when you pay for the charger becomes active.

Chargers don’t work. I paid the fee and entered the code but all that happened is the Charge light on the charger blinked but no charge started.
