I want my money refunded. Your charger is not working after you made me load $10 to start charging. If I am not immediately refunded I will leave as many bad comments websites that I can find.

Jeremy in customer service was amazing! He walked me through app and charger setup for the first time on my rental car. It took 2 hours. Give this man a raise
